Demi Lovato and Noah Cyrus were pictured holding hands in six flags this week, months later spark rumors of romance.
The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer, who came out as non-binary, and Cyrus participated in the “Jam Space: A New Legacy” part of Magic Mountain with friends.
Lovato, 28, wore a black beanie, a warm pink shirt and tie-dye pants, while Cyrus, 21, wore an oversized white sweatshirt, jeans and patches and a navy beanie.
The pair were also joined by former friends of the “Camp Rock” star, Matthew Scott Montgomery.
“Cool for the Summer” singer and little sister Miley Cyrus’ partner earlier this year to record the track “Easy” for Lovato’s latest album, “Dancing with the Devil … The Art of Starting Over.”
A source told Page Six only at the time that their behavior during the recording had people wondering if they were more than just friends.
“They are very close and were hanging out,” said one source, who even suggested the pair might have started a throw.
However, a second source called the rumors “strange” and said they were just friends.
“They have dinner sometimes, but they’re not romantic,” the source said, “They looked for the song that sorta came together a bit last minute, and they hung out.”
Cyrus and Lovato’s outing comes a week after the duo made the collaboration for the first time during the Pride 2021 YouTube event. Trans Chorus in Los Angeles joined the musicians for the performance.
After the performances, Lovato share a photo from their performances and thanked Cyrus for joining them stage.
“Thank you @noahcyrus for shutting out my night for @ youtube’s 2021 Pride celebration 🎊🙏🏼🙌🏼 I’m so glad we finally got to sing our songs together Easy #Easy,” the Lovato caption snap.
Cyrus replied in the comments section, “thank you for having me ❤️❤️❤️ yiu [sic] they were effortlessly perfect and I was never in awe of you 😢😢😢. “
