Conor McGregor had surgery today to repair his broken leg, according to a new report from TMZ Sports.
McGregor suffered the brutal injury of his loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 last night. The Irish competitor’s left leg broke late in the first round.

According to TMZ, McGregor underwent a three-and-a-half-hour operation in Los Angeles today, during which doctors placed a stick and plate with screws in his tibia and fibula.

Despite the way this fight ended, White said a fourth Poirier-McGregor meeting will take place along the way.
